Cool Sound treatment

hey guys,yes what abt sounds problems,
can someone pls advice how could we counter it,
any contacts or DIY ways to soundproof a hdb room?

What's your budget like? Perhaps if you gave some sort of benchmark for your limitations,we could work around that.

I was thinking of putting sound insulation materials on the walls like these...

I have no idea where to get them.. anybody knows where? fibredrive?

and is there a way to seal the gaps at doors and windows? would it make much difference?

I take it that your goal in treating the room is to impede sound from traveling out of your room or vice versa. Then yes you should seal door and window gaps, a simple way to do it is just get those weatherstripping rubber things ala fridge doors. DIY shops should have them.
