Default Equiping a Jamming STudio

Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of equipping a jamming studio that has an acoustic drum set, amps for electric and bass an a mixer system with speakers.

My budget for mixer for speakers is about $300 ( be it 1st or 2nd hand )

What I'm looking for is :

6 channel mixer.
1 pair of speakers with stands.
1 microphone with cable.

Is it even possible to get that in first hand price or would I need to up my budget to say $400?
