Red face CME Keyboard repair, please help

Dear musicians,

I have a 49 CME keyboard and now the mod wheel is not functioning anymore, do you guys do where in Singapore can I get it fixed? I have been asking around but nobody knows and it seems CME does not have a reseller here.

Many Thanks!!

Most likely it's a mechanical problem. I'd screw it apart and see if something has come loose inside.

I don't think CME is going to give you any support. They are 12 months overdue on driver updates to fix some pretty basic bugs.

They should stick to painting...
