Default reccomendations or buying keyboard (tight budget)

hey guys i am asking on behalf of a friend...



she wants to buy a keyboard (more like a music arranger like the korg pa50) around the range of 800-1000... any reccomendations???

i dunno. most likely will be the yamaha portable psr arranger keyboards. that will be closest to what she wants i guess.
