love the S-series shape. looks sleek without looking too sharp and radical.

Don't you get that with the SA?

thats why i got an SA loving its weight and tone, but it does seem like the SA is thinner than a standard S right? but well i'm not sure if it affects tone that much.. should be swapping out the stock pups soon, thinking of putting 2 phat cats in there!

the new SA120 (latest version featuring the covered humbuckers) features an even thicker body...

anyone tried the new FR model? what's your opinion on the singlecut body?

SA for me I also like the RG's shape though, but cannot vote twice huh. I own a GSA but not an RG or GRG unfortunately, but I've played my friend's RG321 and loved it lots. But between the two, SA for versatility. I can see myself using an SA for blues all the way to death metal.

Does Swee Lee bring the FR range in? I'm quite curious to try. But I have a feeling the price is gonna make me jump out of my socks, the prestige on the headstock already tells me its gonna be many years later that I can afford one, and by then Ibanez might have discontinued it (like it did the SZ. I seriously don't know why they had to discontinue it... At least the new SZR isn't too different.)

Nice to know Ibanez is releasing more hardtail models! Never liked tremolos...

Haha ever since Fender started releasing H-H Telecasters  I think they're wicked! I'm having trouble deciding between another SA series and a H-H Tele for my next guitar!
