Default Any helps guys?

It might have been awhile that this thing has actually happened, but i just noticed it yesterday.

Ok lets just say it looks something like this

So now some so question lingers:
What happened?
Is it repairable?
And how much damage in terms of moolah is it gonna cost?

Thanks very much in advance

tighten yourself: free
cost of springs: negligible (few bucks or cents?)

Sorry guys, another favour. I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to guitar maintainence, so what do i need to do in order to tighten - let alone find - the spring?
