i initially wanted to stain the wood to get the old and dirty wood feel
but the poly base coat was too thick and complicated for me to sand off and all my solvents wouldnt melt it, so i tried to kiwi it haha and it works out great...and im 40% done on my project! i have to relic the back and get the other parts for it...

poly is an ass paint..it cracks ugly, and damn tough...haha and worst it 'deadens' your guitar sound... but oh well i cant really hear the diff anyways,dats wad ppl say..i just find it annoying to remove..

ok heres pic...yea eieio im surprised by how fast i work too..i think its cos im excited abt it..

haha..i need a thick and i mean really thick D shape neck...1962 model to be exact...but if i can find one or my budget dun allow me to get it, i would settle for a vintage C shape neck..i duno why but im addicted to thcik necks...and other than that i have the hardware and electronics to buy OMG....can die sia..bridge,pickups,pots,jack,tuners,neck,nut,pick guard,plastic parts...the list goes on...haha
