Bass Microamps?
HEllo guys, are there any MICRO amp for basses? can u guys reccomend me some? and where to get it? i mean those powered by batteries.

bro, the microCUBE bass runs on 6 AA batteries, but it's
not pocket-sized. just a very small amp.

oh man... maybe you can look for those cheaper headphone amps. much cheaper than a speaker-ed amp, but in terms of performance probably the same (if not better)
if you want a quality headphone amp like a cafe walter (is it battery powered?) or bass buddy, it's a different story

if you want to go portable ... City Music is bringing in the AmPlug for bass by the end of this month ... it's a portable preamp that allows you to practice anywhere, anytime with headphones.
oh, forgot to mention it's under Vox. so if you really want something powered by batteries .. you gotta check that out ...

OK does AMPlugs able to play out? or only plays in headphones. coz no point if my mates can't hear me haha

it's meant to be used with earphones, but with the proper cable, you can plug it into portable speakers and stuff.
