To me, amplugs are use more for self-practicing. If you wanna gig, combos and amps are the only options.

even ignoring all other factors, it will be hard to get past the battery life of batter-powered amps

lol. but i think plugging your amplug into those small mini speakers wont work really well on these low frequencies unless youve got small subwoofers

haha it's for self-practicing when you do not want to disturb others.

male 6/8" to a male 6/8" out .. then depending on the speaker input you may need a 6/8" to a 1/4" convertor ...

actually .. i'm not sure if the amplug has enough juice to drive the signal .. if you want to use speakers alone, i doubt the amplug has enough power to drive the speakers .. you may need to drive the signal again to get a decent sound ..

you basically need something portable, like a power amp to bring around to drive your signal .. and the appropriate cables to connect to the speakers .. so go look for a small, portable power amp that you can lug around and connect to other speakers to jam .. just be careful that you don't overdrive your signal so as to blow the speakers ..

uh i think it's 1/8" -- 6/8" is 3/4", which is pretty big...

then again i haven't looked at the specs so i could be wrong.
