BTW has anyone tried this one before? Dunlop Crybaby 105Q Bass Wah Pedal?



Flea and Metallica's gorilla bassist uses this. Loadsa rave reviews but biggest complaint is once you lift your foot off the pedal, it goes off. so you cant do the mid wah MWARRGHH sound.

or any recommendations?

I using 1 now.
The wah wah sound will stop once you lift your foot.
If you wan to get the mid wah sound just by 1 step.
So have to keep stepping.

was looking for a wah sometime back, but didnt get one in the end after listening to the sound samples on the web because didnt really like how they sounded. (think the samples should still be posted somewhere if you search)

got an ibanez synth instead. however, was pleasantly surprised by their autowah feature. in fact, i liked the wah on the ibanez synth better than the synth function, so wont be getting a wah anymore
