Default Epiphone Thunderbird

I went online to check about the thunderbird. There were complains about neck dives. But i love the tone and looks. Should i go for it? Is neck dive really uncomfortable? It there anyways other than replacing the strap button thing?

For simple solutions to neck dives, using a proper guitar strap can eliminate the issue. I use a Dunlop heavy duty strap (the ones with metal lined holes within the strap) for my Gibby Thunderbird. The metallic lined holes helps in 'gripping' onto your clothes and thus eliminates the neck dive.
