okay softies. enough with this thread. we all agree that human are greedy in nature. done enough close thread. and kuang do try to understand that. quit whining +1
why can't people accept the fact that buyers got the right to buy from ANYONE and Sellers got the right to sell to ANYONE?
It seems like a lot of people here thought their reservations or bringing out to let people test is a great deal and a big deal.
although it is almost like a 2nd hand trading zone here, why don't fuzzy people go and try out shops? they will certainly 'reserve' for you and let you test right? and don't buzz about shop people's facial expressions then.
Well this happened to me once....once only but pissed me off. The situation went something like this:
for example, take this conversation i had with a certain softie who wanted to sell me his skreddy screwdriver:
softie: trade your tubezone for my skreddy SD?
me: Nope.
softie: ok, then you'll buy from me for 250 cash?
me: ok sure (sets time and place)
Next day, i sms him again.
me: so are we meeting again. Today right?
softie: yes.
me: ok, i got 250 in hand.
softie: no its not 250. its 290.
me: what!?
softie: I've never wanted to sell it for 250, you know i bought from malcom at 350, and bla bla bla long story.
me: look dude, you smsed me 250, and i still got the sms. I'll forward it to you.
softie: yeah but i'll be losing money.
me: as if thats my problem! if you don wanna sell at this price, den don quote me that price. simple logic aye!
luckily i smsed him earlier before meeting up with him, if not i would have made a wasted trip. Just one example of how sellers can be real asses also.....if you don wanna sell at this price....just dont quote it to the buyer...simple enough right?
you did not reserve it
naturally, the best offer wins, if you wanted it so much, just go his house collect la, imho you are making a mountain out of a molehill.
Thanks to the bros who gave me rep for relating my personal experience above. I just saw that he was selling is Screwdriver for 280 now...good luck to his sales when I saw someone selling his for 250...and yet nobody is taking it
Good thing you double checked before going to meet him to buy ths Screwdriver.
Anyway, how do you confirm something at 99%? How do you actually gauge it anyway? Why not say 99.9999%? lol.
The thing i learnt abt trades and deals is, money talks. Verbal agreements don't usually count. You wanna make a reservation, you gotta put down a deposit.
