i don't think so. Even if you order through them, it's still take ages to process. I have put in my order almost a month, and still no news.

My money not waiting that long (if not, it will be used up for other things). I'm getting one from ebay soon.

Rhizopus, what item did you order? Did you get a quotation and if so, did you place a 20% deposit?

We've sourced and have obtained the required stock for EVERY confirmed order and as previously mentioned, our lead times are usually only 2 weeks.

However, there was an unexpected delay with this latest shipment due to some complications with a few suppliers.

The good news is everything has been resolved and everything is shipped, and a whole treasure trove of high end, boutique guitars, amplifiers and effects will be here by next Monday!

We certainly value your business and sincerely apologise if you have been dissapointed or upset with us in any way.

Feel free to email me directly at david@ebenex.com and maybe I'll work out some sort of compensation if you have placed your money with us for over a month and the item still has yet to arrive.

I want to shout out a big THANK YOU to David and co. at Blackwood for their kind attention and service. The wait for my Krank Rev Jr. Pro has been absolutely worthwhile. Thanks for assisting in going through the entire process of pre-ordering, delivering and even trolley-ing the amp down to my car, that was really a precious form of service; Thanks Norman! And thanks David for honouring the price in view of the recent rise in dollar and financial downturn, it was my sweetest guitar related deal ever.

I will most definitely patronize Blackwood/Ebenex in the near future again (I'll be down to audition the Krankshaft).
