What are some good slapping tat i can improve my skills as a bassist. im quite a novice , so any advice ?

How bout sourcing for some books on slap? I found a few at Esplanade library. You can try slapping some of the existing basslines that you already can play; gives you a whole new dimension to your playing and creativity.
