    Default EOI - Guitar Retail Shop Space for TAKEOVER

    Hi guys,

    We are looking for someone to take over our exisiting retail shop - Blackwood Guitars at #03-55 Bras Basah Complex.

    Reason being we're currently considering a new unit elsewhere in town and it'll be an entirely new concept store.

    The rental is $4600, running till March next year and we're asking for ONLY $6500 takeover fee excluding the rental deposit with landlord to cover over $20000 spent on renovation in March 2008.

    Most fixtures will be left i.e. aircon, couch, guitar effects racks, spot lights and we will not be selling or including guitar related inventory with this shop takeover.

    Kindly note that you will be taking over the shop space and not the entire business entity.
